NDIS Psychology Services

At Brighter Side Psychology, we provide capacity-building supports and psychological services tailored to each individual's unique strengths, goals, and support needs. Our approach is neuroaffirming, person-centred, and focused on helping participants build skills, increase independence, and improve overall wellbeing.

Kevin has extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and AuDHD presentations. He also works with individuals experiencing a range of other mental health and neurological conditions, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and other complex support needs.

Every participant is unique. Kevin takes the time to understand each person's strengths, challenges, interests, and goals, developing a personalised support plan that is practical, collaborative, and tailored to their circumstances.

NDIS psychology supports may focus on:

  • Building emotional regulation skills
  • Improving social and communication skills
  • Increasing independence and daily living skills
  • Managing anxiety, stress, and emotional wellbeing
  • Developing healthy routines and self-care strategies
  • Building confidence and self-advocacy skills
  • Supporting community participation and engagement
  • Addressing barriers to achieving NDIS goals

Brighter Side Psychology currently provides services to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. If you are unsure whether psychology supports are appropriate for your situation, please get in touch to discuss your individual needs and how we may be able to assist.
