Neurodivergent Dating Skills Program

A woman smiles warmly as someone offers her a red rose at an outdoor cafe.

Why dating skills Program?

After working with many neurodivergent individuals in both private practice and school settings, I have consistently seen that navigating dating and relationships can be a significant area of difficulty. The complexities of meeting new people, communicating effectively, and maintaining connections can feel overwhelming, and having the right support can make a meaningful difference. Because relationships and companionship are such an important part of life, I have developed a short, practical program designed to educate and build skills in this area. The program supports individuals from the early stages of meeting someone, through knowing what to say on dates, to developing the skills needed to sustain healthy and fulfilling relationships.

Who is this for?

If you are someone experiencing anxiety, Autism, ADHD, or simply finding dating difficult to navigate, this program is designed to support you. It focuses on providing practical ideas, building effective dating skills, and strengthening your confidence so you can approach relationships with greater clarity and ease.
